Anaheim, California – Centaurus Financial, Inc. donates $5,000 to Honor Flight Southland to help fly World War II Veterans to visit the World War II Memorial in Washington D.C. Honor Flights Southland is a 501(C)3 non-profit organization dedicated to honoring America’s veterans for the sacrifices they have made in order to keep our country safe and free. Honor Flights provides the assistance to safely transport our heroes to Washington D.C. to visit and reflect at their memorials. World War II survivors, along with those others who may be terminally ill, are given top priority.

According to the Department of Veteran Affairs, an estimated 860 World War II veterans die each day. Most World War II veterans are well into their 90’s and our time to express our thanks to these brave men and women is running out. “We were honored to be able to make a contribution and to pay a small tribute to the greatest generation by donating to Honor Flight Southland,” said Ron King, Chairman and CEO of Centaurus Financial, Inc.
