Michael brings a breadth of experience including nearly a decade of work in securities defense litigation to the Centaurus Legal Department. Prior to joining Centaurus, Michael spent the past nine years working for a leading international law firm advocating on behalf of broker/dealers and registered representatives and specializing in other areas such as mortgage banking, employment and maritime law. At his prior firm, Michael represented multiple brokerage firms in FINRA arbitration, state court, federal court, and regulatory matters. At Centaurus, Michael will bring his legal expertise to a growing team of professionals dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to financial advisers in the independent broker/dealer and RIA marketplace. “Michael’s abilities both personally and professionally will be a great fit for Centaurus. Michael earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California, School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts, Political Science and History degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
